Having grown up in Nashville and vacationed often to 30A, it was no surprise that I made Santa Rosa Beach, Florida my home in 2016. I naturally fell in love with everything the little stretch of coastline has to offer. I have a deep respect for the water, as an avid kiteboarder, my connection to the water lies somewhere between the sun and moon. My favorite part of the day will include a sunrise and/or a sunset with my husband Jake, our son Wells, and our Labrador Retriever Rooney.
I began my photography journey in high school, when I picked up my first film camera and developed film in the darkroom we had on campus. It wasn’t until after my husband and I got married in WaterColor, Florida that I was inspired to pick up a camera again. From then on, I would take my camera with me everywhere capturing life as it happened, on trips and everyday life. We are making memories every single day and I have found great joy in capturing these moments, no matter how large or small.
